Sometimes you feel pain, but it's not clear whether it's in your back or your hip.

What are the typical symptoms of a hip problem?!

A characteristic element, for example, is when one gets up from a chair.

If the problem is the hip and is of the arthritic type, the pain appears at the beginning of the movement. Pain in the groin is also a typical sign, if this is then associated with a reduction in the range of motion of the hip itself, the hip is probably the main cause of the painful symptoms. Often, in these cases, the pain radiates to the knee, along the lateral side of the thigh or towards the pubis.

We can say that among the main causes of this pain, there are: trauma, lesions, fractures (especially in subjects suffering from osteoporosis), contractures, dislocations, inflammatory arthritis, but also rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis or tendonitis of the gluteus medius.

In these cases rehabilitation is very important because movement nourishes the joint.

It often happens, in fact, that the patient feels pain at the beginning of the movement, then it disappears precisely because the movement, by lubricating the cartilage, causes the pain to disappear.
